Engineering (Maidenhead) Ltd provides a ‘large company’ service, whilst
still remaining a relatively small, close knit and controllable
enterprise. This enables direct, straightforward contact with our
customers and ensures that enquiries or requests for assistance are not
lost in a multi-tiered management/company structure.
Woodley Engineering customers know that when they call there is an immediate response, particularly important where a plant breakdown may be causing an expensive loss of production. A highly skilled and flexible workforce, all of whom have been with the business for many years, covers machining, welding, fabrication and assembly. We have built up an enviable reputation for quality of work, quick response and a prompt turn around.
Many of our clients require dedicated engineering support. Woodley Engineering is able to respond to small and medium batch production, breakdowns and repairs plus other urgent requirements from clients. Our flexible approach allows our customers peace of mind in respect of plant repairs, where minimising ‘down time’ is vital, through to reducing stockholding issues when supplying spare parts.
A positive approach is taken to every enquiry and we welcome those customers requiring items manufactured or repaired where no drawings or specifications are available. The team at Woodley Engineering endeavour to fill in the gaps, solve the problems and ultimately give the customer what they require. This often includes creating engineering drawings from obsolete or broken pattern parts through to the out-sourcing of unusual fittings, materials and finishes where needed.
Lastly, a comprehensive stock of materials are carried including Bright Mild Steel, Alloy Steels, Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steels and Polymers, reducing lead time on urgent orders.
