Quality Controlled Production

Quality Control is paramount throughout the production cycle. Starting with the customer enquiry, we will check the material specification and the quantity required. We will make up a drawing if none is supplied and ask for that to be checked and verified. Once the initial specification has been agreed and the order has been supplied, the work will go into production. At each stage of the production process, our engineers will check back against the drawing to ensure that measurements are within the tolerances specified and the work well finished before passing on to the next operation. Once the work is completed, all surfaces, apertures, coatings and assemblies will be inspected to ensure perfect quality before the finished product is made available for delivery or collection.
Once delivered we will contact you to ensure that the work has been carried out to the high standards we set ourselves. As a fully accredited and audited ISO 9001:2008 company, quality and the processes used to achieve it are fully integrated into our production systems.
